Terms of sale

The conditions under which we sell tickets for Olivia Dean's Australian shows of October 2026. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by ANGIKEN WOS LLC, 2281 Worthington Drive, Plano, TX 75024, United States (manager: Angela M. Keenan) (we, us). We are an independent ticket agency. We are not connected to Olivia Dean, her management, her record label, the promoter of the tour, AXS, Ticketek or the venues. We hold tickets that we have purchased and we resell them to you.

2. What we sell

Tickets for the five Australian shows of The Art of Loving Live: Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne (5 and 6 October 2026), Afterpay Arena, Sydney (9 and 10 October 2026) and Brisbane Entertainment Centre (13 October 2026). We sell nothing else and no other date.

3. Price

Every ticket is sold at its face value, the price printed on it by the official ticketing agent: A$190 for General Admission and A Reserve, A$170 for B Reserve, A$110 for C Reserve. We add no booking fee, delivery fee, service fee or payment fee. The amount shown in your cart is the amount charged to your card. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

We do not resell above face value, in accordance with the Major Events Act 2009 (Victoria), the Fair Trading Act 1987 (New South Wales) and the Fair Trading (Ticket Reselling) laws of Queensland.

4. Two tickets per order

Each order is limited to two tickets in total, whatever the show or category. Orders that appear to come from the same person and exceed this limit may be cancelled and refunded in full.

5. Your order

Your order is accepted when payment is complete and you receive our confirmation email. You choose a show and a section on the seat plan. We allocate the row and seat numbers within that section from the tickets we hold. We never allocate a section other than the one you chose. Two tickets ordered together in one section are seated side by side whenever the plan showed a pair as available; if that is not possible we tell you before issuing the tickets and you may cancel for a full refund.

6. Delivery

Tickets are sent by email to the address you give at checkout, with the row and seat numbers. 48 hours before the concert they become transferable into the official mobile ticketing app of the venue (AXS for Rod Laver Arena, Ticketek for Afterpay Arena and Brisbane Entertainment Centre), in your name. You must accept the transfer in the app before the doors open.

7. Seat plans and view

The seat plans on this site show each arena in its end stage layout, using the venue's section numbering. They are provided to help you choose, not as a promise of a precise angle or distance. Sections marked with a dot have a side view of the stage. Production elements may restrict the view from any seat; that is a matter for the promoter and is not a ground for refund.

8. Cancellations and refunds

If the show is cancelled you receive a full refund. If it is rescheduled your tickets remain valid for the new date, or you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement. We do not refund change of mind, inability to attend, or tickets not accepted in the app. See the refund policy for details.

9. Your obligations

• You give accurate contact details and accept the ticket transfer in the app.
• You do not resell tickets bought from us above their face value.
• You do not place multiple orders to get around the two ticket limit.
• You follow the venue's conditions of entry.

10. Liability

The show, its content, its running time and whether it goes ahead are decided by the promoter and the artist. We are not responsible for them. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Law and contact
